Once an investment transaction is completed and confirmed, Strootaay does not offer any refunds. Unlisted shares are highly speculative in nature and subject to market risks, and as such, all sales are considered final.
If you have initiated an investment but the transaction has not been processed or confirmed, you may be eligible to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@strootaay.com. Cancellation requests will only be considered before the transaction has been finalized.
